1. Line an 18cm x 28cm slice pan with foil.
2. Combine NESTLÉ Cooking Chocolate, butter and HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk in a pan. Stir over low heat until melted. Alternatively melt slowly and on a low heat in the microwave.
3. Add biscuits and raisins, mix well. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan and refrigerate until firm.
4. Cut into triangles and drizzle with melted NESTLÉ White Melts.
