1. Bring combined water and MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder to the boil, add chicken and simmer for 1 minute.
2. Add mushrooms, corn, ginger and combined CARNATION Light & Creamy Coconut Flavoured Evaporated Milk, soy sauce and cornflour. Heat thoroughly for approximately 5 minutes taking care not to boil.
3. Stir in spring onions, turn off heat, gradually stir in egg. Serve garnished with sliced spring onions if desired.
